Paymeny Terms

Color Combs requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, visa or MasterCard.

Refund Policy

Once you pay for our services(in advance/after completion), the payment becomes NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Offer Policy

Color Combs offers are subject to change according to decisions taken by the management. Color Combs as full rights to refuse an offer after it is changed without any prior notice. Before availing an offer, make sure of it validity with our representative to avoid any sort of confusions in future.

Booking Policy

We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online, by calling 044-4552 2020 or in person.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Product Policy

Color Combs will not be held responsible for any health related issues arising due to usage of other company/brand products. Kindly inform us about your medical history like allergies to certain products before using our services.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Enquiries

We accept email enquiries about our services, hairdressers, makeup artist and product range. We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your enquiry.

Special Requests

We accept requests for a particular stylist.
